Grandmother has formed a friendship with one of the staff, Moné. Very appreciative of the care and effort they put in. This is not an easy profession and they make it a nice environment. The physical therapy staff are knowledgeable and take good care as well.

I want to thank all the staff at the center and an extra thanks to Mone’ for all the special care and love she provides for my mom. The facility is clean, amenities and care are exceptional. I will forever be thankful .

I would like to give a shout-out to Grace, the Social Worker at Burlington House, who went above and beyond to help my mom! She worked on getting my mom a much-needed podiatry appointment and even rode with her when there was no aide available.

The reason I am giving this place a 3 is because of the fact my husband was covered with food 2 hours after eating lunch. He had a scratch from his ear down to his cheek. They didn't treat it or attempted to clean it. I still regret not taking a picture of it. He smelled like he...
