Horrible place. They left my mom with the worse stench of urine. Dirty and soaked. The floors stink and the staff does NOT care. Place should be condemned

The staff at Jackson Gardens is amazing. From the nurses to the support staff, everyone treats residents with dignity and kindness. Communication with families is clear and consistent. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly.
