Cottonwood is an amazing place and our Senior loves it! The facility is clean and well cared for. The staff, nurses, physical therapists, kitchen crew, etc. are all awesome! They are attentive, caring and friendly.

Nice facility. Courteous and friendly staff. No one wants to have to spend time at a rehab rehabilitation center. But if you do this place would be fine
